Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
During high-demand periods such as launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

The carrier used depends on the service selected at checkout and your location.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Mamadinya Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Pre-orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your full order will be shipped once all items are available.
